I feel good

Today was idyllic - warm, beautiful, clear, calm. Blue skies, fluffy clouds, calm, pleasant air. Even in the elevationally-challenged valley, the views and overall outdoors ambiance was intoxicatingly picturesque. The stuff oil paintings are made of, soothing much more than the eye, I assure you of that.

I had an unexpected free day today, and I spent it with my wife. She continues to illuminate and improve my life, and is awesome in general. We saw the movie: "Fool's Gold," which was better than the reviews made it out to be (although I doubt you'll see any Oscar nods from this particular film). My wife picked it, and it was fun.
